Irina Paradnaya, producer
IrinaParadnaya, founder and CEO of Flow Projects GmbH, received her professional education in Moscow (Moscow Art Theater School, Specialist Degree, Class of 2010) and New York (NYU, Master's Degree, class of 2016). She also participated in various exchange programs and did research at the Harvard University (Boston, USA) and University of Kent (Canterbyrry, UK).

Between 2010 and 2017 Irina was holding a position of Executive Producer at the Bolshoi Theater of Russia. While at the Bolshoi, she produced a multitude of projects, including ballet and opera productions, international tours, an international ballet festival and the Grand Re-Opening Concert of the Historical Stage of the Bolshoi Theater following the extensive renovation project.

During her years in New York she interned and worked in such eminent companies as The Metropolitan Opera, New York City Ballet and The Joyce Theatre.

In July 2016, she launched a NY based IJ Group International with Jared G. Lilly, the organization's Senior Partner and Director of Operations and, among other projects, produced an immersive performance for the Fabulous Fund Fair (first collaboration of the Naked Heart Foundation and amfAR in New York). The performance was made in creative collaboration with Laboratory ABC and was based on “Sleep no more" experience.

Irina participated in the Harvard Leadership Conference and held several lectures in the American Center in Moscow.

She is currently a freelance producer running her own company located in Frankfurt, Germany, working on various independent projects.
